Alles ok bis auf den kaputten Lüfter im Bad.

− Die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht. Es stank im Bad nach Abfluss/ Kanalausdünstungen und der Lüfter war kaputt. Das muss unbedingt behoben werden.
