4.01. The hotel is old and not updated 2. Under staffed. The Person at the front desk is the person who does laundry 3. The pillows are plastic —-the pillow cases don’t cover the pillows as they slide around when you sleep 4. Sheets are scratchy polyester 5. My room smelled like dog poo Enough said
