9.0La ubicación perfecta, el desayuno y la cena bastante bien, el personal del hotel muy atento y amable, tiene parking Interior, pero a fuera hay mucho sitio donde aparcar. Muchas rutas para andar donde poder ver maravillas de la naturaleza, como lagos y cascadas junto a montañas preciosas.

2.0La ubicación y la facilidad para aparcar en el gran espacio que hay delante del hotel sin coste
− Había mucho ruido, tanto del servicio de limpieza como de las habitaciones colindantes. La limpieza fue regular, el suelo estaba pegajoso y había pelos en la ducha y en el baño. Tuvimos que esperar mucho porque la habitación no estaba lista, a pesar de tenerla reservada desde el día anterior. No pudimos llegar el día de la reserva por un problema médico urgente, y no nos ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación, alegando que la reserva se realizó por Booking.
Un Hotel para recomendar sin duda.

− La piscina cubierta no esta para nada a la altura del hotel.
Força bé però millorable
7.0Les recepcionistes son molt amables. L' habitació està neta i el llit és molt cómodo. La vista del riu desde la finestreta del bany està molt bé. Les sales de l'hotel al costat de la recepció tambe están molt bé.
− No funcionaven correctament els endolls al costat del llit. També falla a ratos la senyal de l'antena de la TV. No vaig poder veure la final de La Copa del Món a la habitació, pero si a baix al bar. Això si, van enviar ràpidament els tècnics de manteniment.
Great - Clean, comfortable, great staff & good food
8.0Staff were very helpful & friendly. Hotel was clean & in a great location, Food at dinner & breakfast is all buffet style, but there's plenty of choice. Secure parking is available for a small fee directly underneath the hotel
