− Air condition was not working although I booked particularly AC room with higher price considering weather conditions. Management should be honest regarding their service.

− Остановилась в отеле второй раз и в отличие от первого получила крайне негативные впечатления. Номер оказался без окна, вместо него отверстие в потолке, которое ведёт в некую техническую зону. При попытке его открыть на кровать посыпалась грязь, так как находится оно ровно над кроватью. Номер был грязный, тапки прилипали к полу, прикроватные тумбочки в пятнах и крошках чьей-то еды, изголовье кровати в вековой пыли. Ужасно. я приехала к полуночи, в номере было 19 градусов(работал кондиционер), я попросила одеяло, ждала его минут 40, сотрудник ресепшн не мог его найти в отеле(но это еще можно понять, возможно, сотрудник работает недавно). В довершение пульт управления кондиционером горел всю ночь и не гас даже при выключенном кондиционере. Чтобы он не светил прямо в глаза, пришлось затыкать его салфетками.
