− Arrived at 8 .40 kitchen closed .Room 3rf floor very hot fan supplied but not sufficent.

FABULOUS
10.0Hotel is excellent for comfort, facilities and most of all the staff. Refurbished rooms are of a very high standard and are kept spotlessly clean by facilities staff. Beds are comfortable and shower is great. There was a fan in the room due to the very hot weather when we were there. Rooms do not have fridge but one was provided on asking. Reception staff are 5*. Food is excellent and the bar is very good again with fantastic staff. The pool, sauna, steam room etc is lovely to have and the gym is very well equipped. All in all as a family of mixed ages we had a really enjoyable stay and will return. Thanks

Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more or reservation of over 5 nights , different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.
A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance.
A valid credit card or cash deposit is required to confirm a booking. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. In the event of a no show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the first night rate to the credit card used as guarantee. Should the card decline, we also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking.
All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
