Very clean and comfortably furnished but lacking some important ammenities
6.0Very clean. Bed was comfortable.
− We were first given a room where the air conditioning didn't work so they sent someone up who told us we just had to be more patient. Two hours later the room's temperature had decreased from 81 degrees to 79 degrees so we called again. This time they moved us next door where the air conditioning was obviously working. In the meantime of course we had unpacked and then had to repack everything and move. An apology was offered at check out but there should have been something offered in terms of compensation. Also there is no ice machine in the hotel and on a day like we were experiencing you needed lots of ice and again no offer was made to address the issue. Also they need to clean up their website because it still seems like there is a restaurant there but it has been closed for 5 years!
Muito boa!
9.0Gostei do quarto.
Question before I book...(forcing a 3 star to get this question out there!)
6.0Looking to stay here, but I noticed the following note...for a 2 Queen Bed room - What does this really mean???? Need to Know - Bed sheets not available Non-Smoking 2 Queen Beds
Spacious and a great location - we'd stay again!
8.0We stayed for 11 nights in June 2026. I'll start with the good. We loved the location, with a quick walk to the Go Station for an easy commute into Toronto (only 4 stops to Union). We also loved the relaxed feel of Port Credit and changed our plans to spend a few days in the local area, walking through the parks, enjoying the marina and spending time in the bars/eateries. We loved having a suite and the extra space of the kitchenette and lounge. It really did feel like a home from home. The view from 801 was perfect, we could see Toronto in the distance and also had a great view of the lake. The only bad bit was that we couldn't use the large balcony as the balconies are being refurbished. The refurbishment work is really noisy and it meant that we had to leave the apartment earlier in the morning than we'd like to when on holiday. We had a small blip with our first room and we had to change, although this was handled well. Room 1203 looked lovely but it was completely out of action due to the balcony works. I've noticed a few posts about the security deposit. As we were staying for an extended time, we had a payment of $500 made to our card rather than a hold. This was refunded, promptly and without issue on check-out. We would definitely choose to stay here again, hopefully with a functional balcony, as we absolutely loved Port Credit and Toronto.
