9.0Staff was fabulous, both at the hotel and the restaurant. Nature around was beautiful. Scenic pools and gradens. Gorgeous and historic Hacienda. Very comfortable rooms. Convenient parking. Many sport options. Very good restaurant with fabulous views.
− Nothing I didn't like, but the breakfast, abundant, could be improved with more variety of fruit, some eggs (even boiled, I understand it is not always to offer cooked food) and fresh tomatoes in summer which are excellent in the area. The property could also consider having drinks and snacks for sale in the bar or at vending machines.
Beautiful Hacienda
9.0Pros: - Beautiful hacienda. The room was clean and comfy. The view was nice and it was very quiet. - the pool was very nice and the sourounding grass was well maintained. - the breakfast was a plus, even tough it was almost the same every day - the staff was nice
− Cons: - we got a big problem with the gate card in the first night when we got back. The gate did not open (it opened anoyher gate) and on the phone numbers written on the gate nobody answered. We got lucky that after few minutes another car opened the gate and we could enter, otherwise i don't know what we could do. The next day we asked for a card switch and it worked flawlessly. - the toilet and the shower have a door glass and you can see and hear through it. When you go with kids it's not so nice. Also, the sink it's in the same room with the bed so it's noisy if someone is sleeping. - no mosquito nets at the door entrance.

9.0The house was wonderful. It had a lot of space, is nicely decorated and we had a private pool. The hacienda is also great, where you have a very long pool, a place to stay in the shade, a kid's area and bar and a chess board. The people were friendly, the place is well maintained.
− Breakfast was not included and for us it did not add anything extra with the additional fee. I like for instance tea and plain yoghurt with muesli and fruit in the morning. This was not available, only lots of sugary products and meat/cheese on sandwich.
