La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté des chambres et équipements, le service dans les bars et restaurants.

− Les compétences légères du service de réception, qui renvoient systématiquement à la mobile app. Le Signature Level qui n'apporte pas grand-chose: - impossible de réserver dans un des restaurants à la carte, ils sont tous complets 5 jours à l’avance; - personne pour nous aider avec les bagages a notre arrivée, ni de réception correcte; - pas de snack pour les enfants durant la journée, il faut attendre l'ouverture des restaurants (il a fallu discuter un moment pour obtenir un petit paquet de chips!); - la piscine "exclusive" avec pas assez de chaises longues, et les habitudes exécrables de beaucoup de clients de réserver leur chaise en y posant leur linge toute la journée; personnel de la piscine inutile malgré les demandes d’avoir un espace pour ceux qui se lèvent tôt pour profiter de la piscine. Très déçu compte tenu du prix.

Enjoyable Stay - Staff are the Asset

Generally enjoyable, the App for booking restaurants and menu orders is very poor and doesn’t always work making some restaurant staff frustrated. The “Spa” is just an indoor pool with small sauna and steam cabin and certainly not worth the stand alone price of 50€. Yes the view is lovely but the experience is not and I then decided not to book further treatments such as massage based on this. Food in the Al a Carte restaurants was excellent. The buffet restaurant was certainly an experience - though not one I want to repeat. My biggest gripe was the smoking around the pool. I raised this with guest services. The lifeguards and bar staff regularly walked by the smokers but never challenged - we had to relocate due to being sandwiched between 2 groups of smokers. Overall I’m glad I opted for Signature Level fir the quieter pool and bars however I’ve had the same level of service in other hotels with better and free spaces facilities and in better locations.

Returning for a second time after such a wonderful experience last year, we were delighted to find that the exceptional standards and service remain as high as ever. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces, and particularly touching that several members of staff recognised us from our previous visit and came over to greet us personally. The entire team were professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. While every member of staff deserves recognition, we would like to give a special mention to Khalil (amazing on both visits) and Valentina on reception service and to Alfredo, Denise, and Angelica in the restaurant for their outstanding service during this visit. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. Thank you to the whole team for another memorable stay. We look forward to returning again in the future.

The food was very good. The pools were very clean. The service was good.
