5.0El personal del hotel muy atento y las camas amplias y cómodas.
− La habitación no coincidía con las fotos de la reserva. Moviliario desgastado, había un agujero en la pared de algún cáncamo que se habría caído, cáncamos en la pared sin cuadros, el cabecero de la cama estaba descolgado en una parte, la puerta del mueble donde estaba la nevera no cerraba. Al ver todo esto al llegar avisamos a recepción y nos dijeron que no podían cambiarnos de habitación por estar completos, eso lo entendimos. Lo que no terminamos de comprender es si al llegar te bloquean 200€ de tu tarjeta personal por posibles desperfectos que causes cuando te alojas, como es posible que esa habitación tuviese tantos desperfectos sin reparar. Cuando dejamos la habitación comentamos todo esto nuevamente en recepción e incluso que no había agua en la nevera y nos dijeron que deberían de haber puesto agua pues siempre lo hacen. Un despropósito. Habiamos estado hace unos años en el hotel y parece que el cambio de gestores no le ha sentado bien.
Lo recomiendo , se está muy agusto en cuanto a la habitación que es increíble y la piscina igual
