7.0El trato y calidad humana del personal sin excelentes
− Realmente ya han sido 2 veces que he estado en el Parador; tan reciente como este pasado fin de semana. Entiendo y recomiendo que ya es hora de renovar el mobiliario y estado de las habitaciones. Había una silla en mi habitación sumamente sucia al nivel que había comprado comida para comer en mi habitación y comí parada. Al igual por lo menos deben haber 2 sillas. La puerta del baño en la parte de abajo la madera estaba rota. En la ducha la agua fría sale a la izquierda y la caliente a la derecha. Una gran pena que las facilidades físicas de las habitaciones y el mobiliario no estén al 100. El personal y el trato es excelente. Cuando informé lo de la silla al otro día la cambiaron pero entiendo que esto no debe suceder y darle mantenimiento e invertir en las habitaciones y mobiliario que se vé es de los años 80 Recuerden que esa es la imagen e impresión que tanto nosotros los boricuas y peor aún los extranjeros nos llevamos al hospedarnos allí.
