10.0This location is in better condition than the Collierville location. This location also has much friendlier staff and cleaner rooms! No complaints and would return or recommend to others. Sheets are a bit thin but that’s all. Everyone is nice and it’s a peaceful location. Near many food options and near the mall as well.

2.0During my seven-night stay, my room was only cleaned once. I had to visit the lobby daily to request towels. I spoke with three different staff members, but the issue was not resolved. People fixing cars at the parking lot. No security Furthermore, the virtual chat service provided by Expedia proved to be unhelpful.
