4.0I like the location it was near highway and family. But it needs serious cleaning and renovation. My family and I were walking to elevator. We notice trash from the hallway trash can spilling over on the floor in the hallway. The carpet had spots in addition the dirty cushions on couch. No remote control for TV. When we inquired, the night clerk apologized. But wasn't able to help us. Thank goodness it was only for one night. I wouldn't recommend.

2.0The property was under renovation and no one contacted me. It was closed and Expedia dropped the ball on finding me a new hotel to stay at. Always call your hotels first before arriving, I have certainly learned my lesson.

2.0The property was showing an fully booked right after I made the reservation, and yet neither could I step into the building when I arrived at the location, nor did I see anyone through the windows while I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn next door.
