It was not a good experience.
1.0The layout of the room was nice.
− The air conditioning was not working and the staff couldn’t even get us a fan to help.

1.0The first room we got was halfway big.
− They rented the first room from underneath us even though we told them at check on that we would be extended stay guests. So we had to sprawl all our belongings out on the lawn for every thief in the hotel to admire. Just so that we could check back in to a different room at 3pm. The next room was all the way across the grounds and on an upper floor from the first one, and much much smaller. The manager here has no concept of customer service, he is a complete joke. Treats everyone like they don't matter, and that any guest request is an inconvenience to him. We wanted to stay for another week just because of convenience, but again instead of working with us, we once again had to sprawl all our belongings.on the lawn.to.wait for yet another room, that's when we decided to leave, and the same manager literally ran his mouth at us the entire time we were getting packed up. This guy needs to lose his job badly.
It was perfectly adequate. Though wish they honored AAA and other discounts.

3.0The staff was incredibly friendly and polite.
− We reserved NON-SMOKING family suites (for 6 people) through Booking.com. When we arrived, they had given us 1 Non-Smoking, and one SMOKING. When we questioned about it, they said they didn't have another room that size, and that Booking.com had changed our reservation. I did not have a smartphone, so I couldn't personally check my reservation with Booking to verify. We decided to keep the smoking room. By the next morning, my asthmatic daughter was wheezing. When I got home and could check my reservation, I found that Booking had NOT CHANGED our reservation-- Booking.com said it was for 2-NON-SMOKING suites. I tried to re-connect with Apple Tree, hoping at least for a partial refund, but although I called and emailed, I never heard back from the management.
