2.0Bad Experience. I wasn't even able to check in. Once I arrived at the location, the office was closed, and I tried to contact them using a phone number they provided a few times, and someone who couldn't speak English finally picked up, which wasn't helpful at all. And I had to look for another hotel to stay in for that night. Lack of their responsibility for my booking forced me to drive back for so long on a rural road that caused me to crash the rental car on road roadside.
