6.0Beautiful hotel. Very nice lobby and nice rooms. But like many a hotel, they seem to focus on visual appeal and service falls by the wayside. Check in and out was fast. But the room service was terrible. Had ants all over the counters, lake flies on the ceiling, the shower drained very slow, I addressed all these issues with the hotel but they never addressed them. Our room was never serviced even though I placed the door tag to request service. The pool and bar were nice. Cafe had good coffee but microwaved food. Not enough fire pits. Restaurant was good not great and the cocktails were garbage. Shame, nice location too.
