− Towels were old and discolored. They looked like used rags. They didn't even give us enough. We were 3 adults and 1 child and they only gave us 2 small towels, not even bath towels. The comforters on the beds were super worn with holes, pillows were old and balled up. The shower had hair in the drain. We only stayed 1 night and moved to a different hotel. When I mentioned to the manager that we wanted to leave early and the reason, he didn't even try to make things right. He responded like this was normal.

3.0The 1st room was really nice. Then they moved us too a room that needed so much work the tub leaked all the way to the beds the lamps didn't work an the floor was taped down. An there were cockroaches.
