− Upon making my booking, I asked for a large double bed room when we got there he said it was only available for one night and we would have to change Room... as we was going to a festival we didn't want to unpack and pack so was only offered a two single bedroom. following the evening we had to change Room due to something that was resolved very well by one of the reception team and was then given a large double room for the remainder of our stay.

− Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoß an der Straße, weshalb Autos und Fußgänger störend wirkten. Die Badezimmertür konnte nicht geschlossen werden, sie passte nicht in den Türstock.
