A holiday almost ruined by the accommodation

The fact that it had a swimming pool

− The first and most important issue was that when I made the reservation, the property was listed at a different address, much closer to the beach, which was the main reason I chose to book it. However, on the morning of our check-in, we were redirected to a different address that was much farther from the beach. As a result, we spent a lot of time walking back and forth and had to reduce the amount of time we could spend at the beach and on the promenade. When we raised this issue with the property, we were simply told that they have several different locations. The second issue was that there were no mosquito screens on the windows, making it very difficult to ventilate the apartment because it quickly filled with mosquitoes. The third issue was that the hot water from the boiler was barely enough for three people to take showers one after another. The owner's recommendation was simply to use less hot water. The fourth issue was that the property had a shared kitchen exhaust system, so whenever other guests were cooking, the smells spread into our apartment, making it feel as though we were inside a restaurant kitchen. Finally, the cleanliness was below expectations. The windows were dirty, there was dust on the furniture and the floors, and there were cobwebs in several areas.

− Απαράδεκτος ο οικοδεσπότης. Δεν ήρθε να ανοίξει γιατί είχε δουλειά ενώ ήταν υποχρεωμένος να περιμένει μέχρι τις 12 το βράδυ. Απαιτούσε να βρούμε τρόπο να του καταθέσουμε τα χρήματα στην τράπεζα ενώ είχαμε κλείσει μέσω booking η πληρωμή να γίνει με την άφιξη. Μας έκλεισε το τηλέφωνο. Με τον ίδιο τρόπο μίλησε και στους εκπροσώπους της πλατφόρμας. Έντεκα χρόνια τώρα τέτοιας ποιότητας άνθρωπο δεν έχουμε συναντήσει στην Βουλγαρία. Αγενεστατος. 0 στη βαθμολογία όσο καλό και αν είναι το κατάλυμα

− Összesen 4 család(6 gyerekkel) foglalt a Sweet Homes Apartment 7-be szállást, mi együtt indultunk el és a másik 3 családot az érkezés napján áthelyezték a 2-be. Így nem volt az igazi a nyaralásunk. 😞
