Was mostly what we expected for the rate we paid, would consider staying again.
7.0The location was convenient to many of the things we wanted to do. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided an informational sheet with suggestions on where to go for dining options. Water pressure in the shower was very nice, always important. Onsite free parking was a plus. The continental breakfast options were very nice.
− We had to ask for a bath mat. That is something that should be standard in every room. Additionally, there was only 1 chair in the room. It was a very small room, so I understand space may be an issue but there needs to be more than one place to sit.
This property was just right.
9.0It was easy to find my room, which was adequately spaced. It was easy to enter the building. And it was easy to navigate around the breakfast room.
Don't forget your stuff!!
4.0The beds were comfy and the hotel was clean. We accidentally left a favorite pillow behind. Called the front desk and was told they use a service, ileftmystuff.com for forgotten items. I was sent an email and learned that the cost to return the pillow would be $83.92 for an item that weighs less than 2 pounds. My advice is don't forget anything or be prepared to pay a pretty penny.

2.0The first floor rooms are done being renovated but the hallways are still being worked on. We couldn’t find the remote to our tv so we couldn’t watch tv. And there was a dead fly on the bathroom floor, as well as the restroom handle being broken. Never again

8.0Room clean, the hotel was in midst of remodel so that was a little noisy. The bed was kinda soft for us. Staff at desk friendly, breakfast fine. Thank you.
Hotel Under Renovation
4.0The hotel is currently under renovation, so finish work everywhere—in the rooms and common areas—is incomplete. Very noisy. The staff was uncharacteristically glum. My mattress felt worn out and repurposed (pre-renovation) and, worse, I found someone else’s long hair and dried blood on the fitted sheet. While I’m usually a Hampton Inn fan and the breakfast was excellent, I won’t likely stay here again.
