Stay was great staff were terrible. I don’t think I will stay at this resort again.
3.0Scenary and the beaches. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very comfortable and nice resort
− The staff was rude and mean. Messed up my whole reservation then tried to charge me a cancellation fee for five rooms I never reserved. Mind you I had to wait two hours for the rooms that I did book and they still did have the rooms that I originally reserved.

1.0The staff was very nice, especially the bartenders.
− The debit card used for my room was charged and extra $355.00, that is not listed on the final invoice and I haven't been able to speak to anyone about it. Also, the room was extremely wet/ damp during our whole stay, they finally tried to dry it up on our last night there, but my husband and I ended up catching a cold from it. Also, I got horrible bites from either sand fleas or ants while st the beach bar area.
