2.0my room was never cleaned when I was told I could check in, I found a dead bug on the bed when I got there and moldy coffee in the coffee pot the next morning. When I called the front desk, they kept telling me they could only send a message to the manager that wouldn't be in until I was about to check out. When i finally spoke with the manager she was very kind and apologized. The only reason I stayed the rest of my booking was because no other hotel had any vacancies.

8.0The No smoking needs to be enforced in hallway but after a few hours the smell went away. Very clean. Has a great comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but still decent. Pool was heated and very clean. Yes I would stay here again

8.0I used to stay at amerihost hotels in MI The fixtures in this hotel must be from when it was originally built Im tall so it was like sitting on a kiddy toilet No side chair so i used desk chair to watch TV If watching TV from bed i had to look through both feet as TV is set so low
