Terrible Customer Service
2.0The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Do not stay here. They are terrible. The front desk and manager were incredibly rude and un-accommodating. Our child got incredibly sick the day before our stay. I called and kindly asked if there was any way they would allow us to come another night. They reacted with terrible attitudes and refused to allow us to modify the reservation. It’s fine that we couldn’t change, but the way they treated me on the phone was terrible. It’s not about the $200, they could have been kind in the way they denied the request and I would have been fine. These people obviously do not understand customer service.

10.0From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the text message when our room was ready before checkin time. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable.
Good family friendly place
10.0This is a great place to come with the kids. They take great care of you. Our room had everything we needed. They had family movies available, beach toys and the breakfasts were really kid friendly. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. It’s a great place.

10.0I would highly recommend the Seashore inn on the beach in Seaside Oregon for its exceptional views, perfect atmosphere, spacious rooms and great value. It doesn't get any better than this!
