Good location. Well kept. Clean. Reasonably priced
9.0A barn conversion into a few individual rooms. Was received well during check-in. Location is really good; close to the East Malling train station. Besides the pub there is also good takeaway nearby. The pub is on a busy road but the rooms are at the back of the building so you're not really impacted by any noise. I visited during one of the warmer days in the UK and it was great to see a fan being provided. However, note there is no Air-con that I could see. The continental breakfast provided in the room is a good chouse of cereal, yogurt, fruit and hot drinks.
− I have score positively and I'd be happy to stay there again. However, in the interest of giving constructive feedback, I would like them to address the following things in the room I booked. 1. The place might be in hard water area so the kettle had way too much limescale so they should service it more regularly. 2. The fan provided was caked in dust; so again needs a clean & service. This wasn't reflective of the cleanliness of the rest of the room. 3. Extractor fan in the bathroom was noisy probably again due a service.

9.0Ease of finding the venu Very easy checking. Superb accommodation with a comfortable bed and good shower. Fresh Milf for tea and cereals provided in mini fridge.

8.0Friendly clean and welcoming. Excellent evening meal, easy parking and a pleasant beer garden.
− Bit of road noise but nice to be in the heart of the village. (Good cafe opposite for proper coffee!)
