10.0Vanessa & Delia were so sweet and helpful!!! They made our breakfast experience so great! The staff has been great! We had to have some items shipped ahead of us to the hotel, and the staff held them for us & brought them up to the room! Everyone has been so accommodating and kind!

Wonderful stay!
10.0We had a wonderful stay here last week. We chose this hotel because of its convenient location near UCLA and Japantown. For our family of four, the room (#222) was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious food, and the pancake machine was an added bonus. Special thanks to Antonio for keeping the breakfast area clean and fully stocked. We would also like to give special mention to David and Luis. They were both so kind, accomodating, and always smiling, which made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. Thank you very much! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. It has a great location, wonderful service and exceptional staff. We will definitely come back.
Exceptional Customer Service & Spotless Rooms!
10.0I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in West Los Angeles from June 18th to June 19th, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean and inviting, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The customer service was exceptional. Rebeca went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The room type I booked through the app wasn’t available when I checked in, but instead of simply telling me there was nothing she could do, she took the time to find a solution and made sure I had a comfortable room. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet throughout the entire process. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a lasting impression and truly elevated my stay. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. It was the perfect way to start the day. Between the spotless room, outstanding customer service, and excellent breakfast, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. A huge thank you to Rebeca and the entire team at the Holiday Inn West Los Angeles for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!
