Moral of the story call ahead an check to see if hotels have a holding fee because front desk will tell you after u paid
8.0It’s around everything food,gas,stores etc
− I didn’t know that there was a holding fee of $150 until after I paid for the room. That’s when they told me as soon as I paid. I understand the policy but to pay first then right after my card was declined because of the holding fee. Luckily a relative help me out I was not from the area at all never been there if my relative wouldn’t have helped out me an my fiancé an 6yr old daughter would have been stranded.
