10.0I vas very impressed with the breakfast that was included. There were eggs, breakfast meat, waffles and several other continental breakfast items. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for a baseball tournament stay!
− The pillows on the bed were not comfortable, but we made it work.

− I didn't like having someone in the room right next to us. I didnt seem like the hotel had many visitors i feel we could have been spaced out better for more privacy.

− The pillows could be bigger and more comfortable. They are about 1/2 the size of a regular pillow .
The proximity of the hotel & the indoor pool make this an ideal short-stay choice.
7.0I traveled with my sister -- a handicapped adult with some mobility issues. The indoor pool was a selling point & I give it high marks for its availability & cleanliness. We liked the hotel's location as it put us between Petosky & Harbor Springs, plus it put us close to family camping in the nearby State Park.
− The square footage of the room & being assigned a room at the back of the facility. We had to squeeze past each other at two points (desk/chair & bed, and bathroom area). I don't know if all rooms had the same layout, so it's hard to compare. We were reasonably close to the pool (see earlier comment) & the breakfast room, but I would have felt more secure in the front. Hotel management may have had other considerations (i.e. intentional room assignment close to pool, but on hotel back) when determining room.
