We enjoyed the stay, fun hotel for the kids, overall disappointed in staff.
7.0Great lobby and inner hotel atmosphere.
− Staff at check in was not friendly or welcoming. Lots of staff standing around behind the counter while there was a line of people waiting. I needed my room keys fixed but I had to wait in a ten minute line. S’mores was cancelled when it could’ve been delayed for a sprinkle of rain. Nobody said anything to patrons who waited outside for it.

10.0We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
Well it was okay for a non planned trip…and our 1st.time
4.0Beautiful place parking lot very big spaces .. beautiful gift Shop was able to find stuff that we didn’t pack. Love the complimentary coffee.
− I paid for a premier suite what I got is a 2 queen beds given I did call to let them know I was going to be a late arrival and I was told they had to give it away to somebody else that got in on check in time…I was to tired to complain
