Schöne Anlage mit freundlichem Personal, leider schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
5.0Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr gut und auf Wünsche wurde direkt eingegangen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und auf der Veranda konnte man den Ausblick auf den Natron Lake genießen.
− Wir hatten ein großes Zelt mit Einzelbetten gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Familienzelt mit Stockbetten, was aber nicht so schlimm war. Extrem ärgerlich war allerdings die nicht funktionierende Dusche. Nachdem wir uns bereits am ersten Tag beschwert hatten, wurde nur am Duschkopf herumgespielt. Der Hinweis, dass das Problem außerhalb des Zeltes liegt, da kein Wasserdruck vorhanden war, wurde zurückgewiesen. Am nächsten Tag hatten wir dasselbe Problem. Kein Wasser! Nach sieben Stunden Wartezeit immer noch nicht. Wir wurden abends schließlich in ein kleines Zelt umquartiert. Beim Check out wurde jeglicher Anspruch auf Kompensation vom Manager abgewiesen. Auch nervig war die Geräuschkulisse von Bauarbeiten die ganze Nacht hindurch. Sehr schade.
Perfect stay on Lake natron
10.0The staff was amazing! This is probably the nicest lodge in the area. The food was excellent. The views of the lake from the pool were perfection. We really enjoyed our 2 nights here. Pro tip: hire Justin ole to be your morning guide for the sunrise/flamingos, bring a book to leave for others

Humble luxury from branded African Safari lodge
9.0Humble luxury in the middle of nowhere. A nice pool, giant rooms, comfortable beds, and great dining. Welcoming and attentive staff.
− Fan didn’t work in bungalow 205, but not an issue for the cooler off-season. Clients skittish about insects and lizards may be squeamish to find a few scurrying out of sight in the morning — but it’s an African lodge: you’re here for the nature!

There are many government agencies tasked with managing the ecosystem in the wildlife areas of Tanzania. Please note that any fees, charges, or concessions levied by these institutions must be paid at the lodge reception or the entrance gate, along with any applicable Tourism Development Levies, Village Fees, and Gate Fees.
Your reservation does not include an overnight tax of US$29.50 per adult per night and US$23.80 per child (5 – 17 years) per night, mandated by the Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA). Additionally, a Tourism Development Levy and a Village Fee of $2.50 per person per night are required. It is recommended that you contact the lodge at least 72 hours before your stay to arrange payment of these additional charges.
We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please be advised that all credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 3%.
Cancelations made within 60 days of arrival will incur 100% cancelation fees. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released. When booking 6 rooms or more, prepayment is required immediately, and any cancelation will incur 100% penalties. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released.
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests, the lodge enforces a quiet policy from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
