9.0Staff were amazing (shout out to Rafael). Views are incredible. Rooms are great.
− The road up to the property is not for the faint of heart if you hire a scooter, sketchy but fun
La vue est magnifique
7.0La vue spectaculaire, l’aménagement paysager coloré, le fait d’avoir une piscine ***de taille moyenne (malgré les autres commentaires, elle est moins petite que nous croyions), les enfants ont beaucoup aimer nager dedans
− La chambre n’est ni belle ni confortable, la nourriture n’est pas très bonne, il n’y a pas beaucoup d’extra, pas de collations à vendre pour les enfants, on s’est fait mal aux pieds dans la piscine et le personnel n’a pas de pansements. On a appris qu’il y a un zipline le jour du départ. Il a été compliqué d’avoir assez de serviettes (2 pour 3 personnes)

− Pas grand chose Peut être la toilette compost…pas si agréable . Et je me demandais pourquoi en mettre dans certaines chambres et pas dans les aires communes et autres chambres ? La piscine manque un peu d’entretien
Un séjour incroyable 😻
9.0Le lieu est magique :perché dans la jupe du volcan Maderas. La vue est superbe sur conception et le lac surtout dans la salle de yoga où on se croyait dans un film. Un havre de paix, la nature est magnifique. Il y a pleins de papillons, de singes et autres animaux. La nourriture est très bonne. Mais surtout, merci beaucoup à Rafa, Virginia, Kevin, Tania pour leur accueil leur bienveillance et nos discussions, à voir tout organiser pour que je me sente bien en temps que solo voyageur et je remercie aussi toute l’équipe de la cuisine. Et je recommande vraiment Yolande pour des massages exceptionnels dans la salle de yoga 🧘
− Les chambres et notamment la salle de bain extérieure mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Et la route pour se rendre à l’hôtel est vraiment un enfer en scooter. Ça se fait mais il faut être très prudent. Et pas le choix de louer quelque chose pour se déplacer car l’hôtel est assez éloigné de l’activité.
