Location is great. Extremely central and walking distance to many sites. Staff were very friendly on arrival, joking and offering a free welcome drink. The family room we had was large. Nice to have a balcony too. Helpful WhatsApp chat for contacting reception and getting info.

− Only suitable for those that want to go to bed after midnight, as it seems to prioritise being a bar over being a hotel. Both nights we were kept up by loud music, which on the second night was even louder and did not end until 1.15am. We might have been unlucky with the location of the room, but then offer rooms further from the bar to a young family. I did contact staff after midnight to raise the issue but was told they would turn it down a bit (they didn't). Without this issue I would have been giving a much higher score, but the basic function of a hotel is to provide a place to rest and it failed, and at over 450 euro per night I expect better.

Ich würde dem Hotel 20 Punkte gehen, wenn’s möglich wäre! Selten so guten und netten Service erlebt. Bereits vor Anreise wurden telefonisch Ankunftszeit und Vorlieben erfragt. Sehr, sehr nettes Personal. Lage sensationell und trotzdem ruhig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 🫶🏻

If the road ever brings you to Munich, look no further. Haus im Tal is the best gem you can get in town and one of the few accommodations that fully deserve 10s across the board. I stayed in the Downtown Apartment, and it provided everything I could ask for. As someone who likes to keep an active lifestyle when traveling, whether for business or leisure, I particularly appreciated the complimentary access to the Prime Time gym around the corner, which is top-notch. The place is exceptionally clean, has a modern, artistic feel, and an atmosphere you rarely find in hotels around the globe. The staff are very friendly and always happy to discuss your needs. Thumbs up for the personalized WhatsApp concierge service. I’m definitely coming back!

Konumu harikaydı . Terasındaki Hit Bar çok iyiydi geceleri çok güzel partiler oldu . Odalar ferah ve temizdi . Çalışanlar ilgiliydi her sorunumuzu çözdüler

− Odadaki açılan yatak rahat değildi. Balkonlarda korkuluk olmaması çocuklar için endişe verici . Odamızda çocukların ulaşmasını istemediğimiz şeyleri koyacak yüksek bir raf yok kesinlikle olması lazım . İlaçları yüksek rafa koymak istesek ya da bardakları iyi olurdu . Odada gardolap yok askılık var çok yetersiz elbiselerimiz sığmadı . Son olarak kahvaltı otel müşterilerine 28 Euro açık büfe kısıtlıydı bir omlet seçeneği yoktu bana pahalı geldi . Mini buzlabı yoktu isteğe bağlı geldi odada mini buzdolabı koyacak yer yok kapının önünde çok kötü bir yere koydular . Odalar geniş güzel bir gardolap ve buzdolabı için güzel bir yer yapılabilir
