The hotel is an excellent choice for business trips and especially for attending conferences.
9.0What I liked the most was how clean the hotel was. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. It was clear that they genuinely care about maintaining the property to a high standard and making sure guests have a great experience.
− As a European, I found the breakfast to be below my expectations. The biggest drawback was the complete lack of fresh vegetables, which are a standard part of breakfast in many European countries.

Staying a place for vacation.
7.01). The checking in the front desk, smooth transaction. 2). The room is clean. The bed and the pillow to choose from are comfortable. 3). Parking available for each room resident. 4). Good ice machine. 5). No noise overnight, nor I can't hear the street noise level from my room.
− 1). The breakfast is okay, but the scrambled eggs are soggy. 2). The room smells a little bit funky when I enter the room. I have the room a second door that I thought was a closet, but it's another door to the next room. I guess the room is old & not updating. 3). When I turn on the air conditioner. The curtain blow & is not steady. 4). I hate to say this, but never have I had it before. There a noise disturbance next door by 11:30pm. I went to the front desk ask the manager to contract to stop the loud music while I could sleep. He contacted them immediately, but unfortunately couple hours later, they still make the same noise. I tried contacting the phone the front desk, but didn't answer the called. Even they lock the front door & I can't get a hold somebody. Only sleep the 4 hours laters thanks the stuff not helping. Conclusion, Overnight I stay 2 days night it's wasn't half greatest I stay. First night wasn't great from disturbance next door. Not the best location this part Santa Clara staying here. Overall, I been some Best Western that are great, but not this one.
