It was fine. Wouldn’t want to stay there again though.
6.0I liked that there was a breakfast cafe. (Would prefer free breakfast instead though).
− The carpet. Carpet in hotels is just disgusting. The bathroom was tiny and a bit grimy. The curtains were all ripped up. It had a weird smell when we walked in. I was surprised when we first arrived because I had read such good reviews but it was very old looking and run down inside. The carpet has got to go.

The room was very clean and loved the breakfast even though it was to be a free continental
5.0I loved the breakfast but I don’t understand why I had such a large bill for two breakfast one day and then three breakfast the next day as invited my son and a friend of mine.
− What when I originally booked my room I was given one price through booking.com and then they told me that I would have to pay an extra &50 deposit but I could apply it to my meals. Then when my youngest daughter used her credit card she had to pay extra money.I cleared the room by empty the trash, took the sheets off of the bed and folded them up. Used only two towels and one wash cloth. The remote kept going up and down so I didn’t even want to use it and my WiFi did not work some of the time. I had trouble getting up on the bed because I was too short.
We would definitely stay at the Best Western Garden Inn again.
