4.0I like the spacious Rooms and friendly front desk staff.
− I did not like the humongous outside roaches that came into the room. The hallways smelled of urine. Housekeeping staff was lazy and not friendly and did a horrible job cleaning . The hallways smelled like urine and were filthy I had to ask numerous times for them to clean it . If the room was cheaper there would be no complaints but it’s pricey for low quality. The first night I stayed in a room where someone urinated in the bed housekeeping knew this and instead of addressing the problem she just put washed sheets over it. I did not feel comfortable in the room way too many bugs so I slept with all the lights on. I did like the way the room looked but I would not go back there.

10.0It's nicer on the inside than out, really quiet and low-key. There's parking in the back so it was really easy to unpack into my room
− The lady at the front desk was a bit short with us when we were checking in, she only gave us one key card to share.
