− Sticky floors from lobby to inside room. Never saw any cleaning staff just mops around. Location is next to a sketchy motel and even the worker told me to park closer to cameras and up front

It was not a pleasant day and would like a refund back ASAP. Thank
1.0Nothing it’s molded around the toilet seat on the air. We had to go get spray bleach clean just to sit on the toilet seat…..
− The property was not ready and clean. The bed had trash in it. We asked them for a four year-old we did not bring it. The refrigerator had went out, causing our food and drinks and it was one thing I was hoping to keep our food instead of throwing out.most

Very Comfortable Bed
8.0I enjoyed the breakfast, Even thou limited selection, It was enough to get you started . Enjoyed the swimming pool too , Very quiet which made it good for relaxing . Very small selection of basic necessities available to buy . The hotel was ideal if you're visiting Houston and don't want to pay downtown prices , The people of Katy are very friendly too , I will be back next year
