1.0The property was fine but the woman at the front desk at checkout was horrible. I had a seizure and she claimed that there was no way I could have a seizure. Unless she has a medical degree she was way out of line. 911 was called and when they arrived she was told to lay and back off. She was just escalating the situation and was very unprofessional. She needs to be fired.

4.0− The person that was working at the desk when I came in on Friday afternoon was really slow and he didn’t give me back my drivers license when asked. Also this hotel has an age limit of 21 and I am not 21 so I really got excited to stay at this hotel for the weekend just to drive all that way and not be able too

− Homeless people wandering around, broken windows on cars, shattered glass on doors, smelled like Marijuana, towels were dirty and torn, pool looks like it hasn't ran in 20 years, felt very uncomfortable and checked out after an hour because I was scared for my safety
