2.0Here’s a polished but firm review you could post: I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We attempted to check out early but were never informed that we could receive a credit for the unused nights. Instead of being helpful, the staff was rude and unprofessional. While I was speaking with the front desk, the manager yelled at me from another room, and the front desk employee scolded me, saying I “should have checked out by 11.” The way they spoke to us was completely unacceptable and lacked even basic customer service. I understand policies need to be followed, but there’s no excuse for treating guests disrespectfully. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.
