8.0Room was as expected. The wondows actually open( ground floor) but the tracks were gross. The pool was for young kids toddlers to elementary school. Wher was NO water Monday morning and it was planned. We didnt knowuntil the morning.

6.0Im really disappointed. We had a wedding to go to and we werent able to shower this morning. Because their maintenance people shut down their water at 8am without any information given to us as guests.

6.0Let’s start with the good: we were able to get an early check in, it was pretty clean and it was conveniently located to stores and food. The bad: The bed was so uncomfortable I hardly slept, they apparently were working on something water related and shut the water off at 8am-however nothing was said to us and so my husband did not get a shower, the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired-absolute bare minimum provided. We have family in the LaCrosse/West Salem area and we will not likely be back to that hotel.

10.0I have stayed many times and staff is always nice and helpful. The pool and kiddie pool are fun for the kids and the rooms are always clean.
