6.0That it had a pool. Plus for a lifeguard. The person in the reception when we arrived was very kind and helpful, almost the best thing with the hotel. The size of room was good for the price. Lots of parking space.
− The overall atmosphere was a bit canteen-like, not cosy or familiar. When we came down at 08, it looked as if the food and the drinks needed refill. Fair supply but without fantasy or real care. Workable. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, would have been nice to have the trash bins emptied.

− The 3 nights we stayed no one cleaned the room. Had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and had to change the garbage. Parking lot was full of trash

− Our stay was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. We checked in late at night after booking and paying for our reservation months in advance. To our surprise, the front desk told us they could not find our reservation and initially turned us away. After more than an hour of waiting and insisting on speaking with a manager, they finally located our reservations. There was no apology beyond the basics, no compensation, and no discount offered for the significant inconvenience after an exhausting day of travel. Another major issue is that this hotel does not have elevators. Anyone traveling with heavy luggage, families with children, or elderly guests should be aware that you'll have to carry your bags up steep flights of stairs. This was especially difficult for the elderly members of our group. The property itself is very run down and not particularly clean. The air conditioner was incredibly loud, making it difficult to get any sleep. On top of that, the walls offered little sound insulation—we could clearly hear people walking and talking outside throughout the night. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. Between the check-in ordeal, the lack of accessibility, the poor condition of the property, and the excessive noise, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.
