6.0The staff was fairly pleasant but I did see a few roaches and my TV did not work

6.0The value is good. I stay here generally when I go to Valdosta because it's within my budget.
− The last couple of times have not been as good. I don't know if they are remodeling but I was woken up with hammering and drilling about 6:30/7 am. I also had a couple of bugs in my room this time, this hasn't happened previously, but if they are remodeling that might be the reason. The microwave door about fell off when I opened it. The staff is generally okay in the evening, not overly nice, but okay... In the morning very pleasant.
You get what you pay for.
4.0It was located close to the interstate.
− We were not told there was an elevator, so we carried our bags up a flight of stairs and then discovered down a hallway adjacent to our room was the elevator. The first room we were assigned would not take our key, so we got moved to a new room after 2 attempts. The tv was on in the room and there was a cockroach in the floor. If it hadn’t already been midnight and we were tired from driving, I would have looked elsewhere to stay. The water in the tub was brown when I first turned it on. The continental breakfast wasn’t much: choice of blueberry or apple muffins that were not fresh, off brand prepackaged cereal, yogurt cups, coffee, milk, and orange juice. The juice machine was not working.

6.0− The front desk clerk was rude and charged me a second time for the room. He also answered the phone and starting cussing afterwards and was all around a very unpleasant experience.
The bed was very comfortable, temperature was perfect.

− In the bath tub, no mat. It was slippery in the tub.
