The price was great.

− Our back door the key would not work. They could not fix it. So had to walk around to courtyard side to get into room 132. The pool needs lights for swimming at night. Very dangerous no lighting.

Avoid this property till it gets improvements.

The price was affordable. Beds seemed clean and were ok.

− I booked in advance. Property had decent reviews. Guy at the desk was horrible. Wasn't there when we arrived. Called the number left at desk and he did awnser but took forever to get there. Property was not clean or maintained well at all. There was tall vegetation in some spots of the property. Room smelled bad, doors had gaps and we could see light from outside, lock chain on the door was half ripped out of the door frame, bathroom had broken tiles around the tub/shower, also had a few small spots of mold. Sleeping was difficult. It was midnight and you could here people and activity outside due to the gaps in the doors. Beds seemed clean and it was one night so we stayed. We have a huge family who all were traveling together headed to Branson MO. Other family stayed at this hotel the same night. They took photos and videos of their room. It was worse than the one I was in. I was on the ground floor and they were in a different part of the property on the second floor. I did not feel safe at this property. I do not usually complain but people need honest reviews so here it is. This property needs some TLC. Until then I would not book here again. Spend the extra and and avoid this Property.

On edge most of the time. Made sure doors were locked and blocked.

Price was great, location was great.

− The person was not in the office when we got there. He left a number to call but he didn’t answer the first customer that was there and the second customer finally got him but whatever he said made the customer mad so he left. The person finally came acted like he was annoyed and asked me was I the one that called, when I said no he calmed down. Between the nose piercing and body tattoos and his nervous behavior I almost left to.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked...

− The clerk was not at the desk when arriving. The person did leave a small message on a white board giving their phone number to call. The number went directly to voicemail at every time. Finally someone showed up on a bike said they worked there and checked us in. The key card he gave us did not work nor did the second one. They had to come to our room and let us in and asked if we needed to leave for the night that we let them know so they could let us back in. No fridge or microwave..kinda weird.
