− Cleanliness, im allergic to cats i could definitely tell that a cats have been in our room prior needs more updating it was also very loud being close to to road

− My room 101 had a very bad order it stuck but I needed to be close to my parents so I dealt with it. Not good

8.0Room 101. All rooms are NOT the same. My first stay was 10/10 in room 101. For whatever reason, the space felt cleaner, newer, with more comfortable bed than rooms I was offered on second visit. Staff very friendly and helpful— top notch service. The pool looked okay.
− Second time through, room did not feel as nice. They let me pick from four available, and neither king room was comfortable. I ended switching to double queen. Room 106. It was fine.

− The walls are really thin and whoever was next to us was fighting all night. It was a little bit hard to get to sleep.
