4.0Staff was very friendly but the ac in our room wasn’t working properly, the bathtub wasn’t draining well and the sheets had yellow stains on them. The location is great if you are planning to visit Joshua Tree National Park but other than that, I wouldn’t recommend it.

10.0Parking is safe. Desert is trying to take over the back end of the parking lot but am sure with the winds here that is a constant battle.

The hotel that lacks luster
2.0This hotel is a total dump. I promise you no one should visit or come to this hotel, except for the health department. It needs to be condemned, shut down and remodeled completely from the ground up. It’s a total total mess. There’s pigeon crap all over the place all over the doors all over the stairs all over the stair railings the rooms are nasty. There’s feathers everywhere screens falling off the windows. This place is atrocious. I wouldn’t even let my grandmother stay here.
