This is my go to motel whenever I’m in town. I have never been disappointed.

Front desk was super welcoming and polite. Room was very clean and comfortable. Maid service was very thorough. Pool area was clean as was the pool itself. Breakfast was grab and go.

− Breakfast could improve by offering a better selection, although the muffins were excellent.

Easy check-in, the only employee I encountered was at check in but he was very helpful and polite

− The only problem I had was I put do not disturb sign on door handle because I had my dog and did not room service. They disregarded the sign and came in anyway just so happened we was not there which was another reason I put the sign up because our belongings were in the room

The room was fine and the facilities and the breakfast is good but read over the contract very caref

This motel wanted me to sign that I would give them $100 deposit when I was staying one night. I said I'm not going to do that because I am on the road and if everybody took $100 deposit my credit card would be so high and I couldn't pay it when the month came up. They will not return your deposit for up to seven days. So I had somebody inspect the room with me and verify there were no damages. They would not do a print out and claim the system was down, this is not advertised that they will take $100 deposit and I refused so they said oh well you just pay 50 but they wouldn't give me paperwork until I insisted. Then they hold your money for seven days collecting interest. This is highly unacceptable it needs to be advertised on the booking website that they expect $100 deposit if you stay overnight and then they're not returning it for seven days. Insist somebody walks through the room with you otherwise they can say you did all kinds of damages and just keep your hundred dollars.

− Holding $100 deposit like no other motel has done in my trip for the last two weeks in Florida. Then not immediately returning it like everybody else but telling me they're gonna hold it for up to seven days. The room already had some damages so I photographed them prior to my using anything so I had verification of the damages already in the room. There's no hair dryer ironing board and if you didn't notice make sure you get them from the front desk before you wash your hair! I was told I was gonna get an email that there were no damages and yet they didn't send it so I made them write it on my receipt in case they try to take my money. document the damages prior to using the room. This place needs to become more professional and have different verbiage for different people. If they're only gonna charge $50 a night they need it on the contract and yet I was told we can have more than one contract added to the contract is that so difficult???!

The beds were comfortable and it was inexpensive. The location was great.

− The floors were dirty and the room smelled musty. The bathroom was small and the door opened into the bathroom making it awkward to get in and close the door. Poor water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was very disappointing; bagels from a bag, frosted pop tarts, instant oatmeal packets and muffins from a box.
