1.0Bed was comfortable.
− The e-mail sent to me after I made the reservation and payment, that because of COVID, they could not offer me Continental breakfast, use of the pool or day services, was disgusting. For $100 a night, at least offer me breakfast. This only shows greed, and is a ridiculus excuse for selecting profits over good services. If I would of gotten this message before the payment, , I would have never booked it. Also it took 20 minutes to get the room because of some hazzle with other guest. The top bed sheet had stains, the toilet had a weak flush. There was a cockroach in the tub, and then the card to open the door did not work later that night. Never will I ever give this place my business.
Will find a different place to stay on next visit.
3.0No breakfast, was told check in was at 3pm and arrived at 6pm and rooms were not ready, very understaffed, front counter associate was not at desk due to fact that she was helping cleaning crew clean rooms so had to wait for her to walk up to front desk.
− Rooms could have been ready, and way understaffed for the amount of customers that were there.
