− I was not given tea at breakfast or offered a cooked breakfast. I was there for about 40 mins and had to leave with only cereal, fruit juice and a pastry.

9.0Friendly & helpful staff, affordable & comfortable room, great location, lovely breakfast, outdoor seating area really nice, particularly in this weather! Didn't drive but appeared to be ample parking.
− Food & drinks in the bar quite pricey - food was very tasty though.
