A very pleasant stay for myself and little dog.
9.0An excellent position for an easy walk into Ripon. Lovely garden to walk around, and very importantly, dog friendly.
− The lift was unbelievably slow.
Everything we needed and high standards
8.0Decoration. Images on each wall. Larger garden. Bathroom was so clean. Great for dogs. Access to centre of town.

Lovely place to stay but limited parking
7.0Great location walking distance into Ripon, beautiful gardens, very clean.
− We couldn’t get a parking space when we arrived which we hadn’t even expected. Fortunately we were able to move the car later. The main downside was the heat. During the hot weather the room was unbearably hot and there was a heavy winter quilt. There was a fan (and we took a second and fortunately a sheet) but not enough so we didn’t get a great nights sleep

2.0− Public hairs on the bathroom floor was disgusting. Complete lack of cleaning standards. No-one on reception to complain to. Wouldn't stay again

When booking five or more rooms, group terms and conditions are applied to your reservation.
