Beautiful view, great location

− The common areas, like hallways and elevators, were pretty run down.

Clean and convenient, but somewhat rundown and lacks basic security.

Conveniently located just steps from First Beach/Easton's and walking distance to several cafes and restaurants. On-site parking and indoor pool a plus. Very comfy bed and exceptionally clean room. Free coffee in the am.

− Hotel was very noisy. No sound-proofing whatsoever with many guests up late returning from weddings across the street slamming doors and using the hallway ice machines all hours of the night. Everything was just a "little bit broken" - doors, mini fridge, bathroom fan, dresser. I especially did not like the lack of security features. The entire building including all of its staircases and elevators are accessible to anyone walking in off the street. I have NEVER seen this before. You do not require a room card to enter the building or use the elevator. There is no security at any entrance. In fact, aside from cleaners, I saw one staff/admin person during our whole 3-day stay.

The location was nice, the room was decent size. But other than that I can't say I have anything good to say about this hotel. For the price we paid for our stay the pool was FREEZING and dirty, even my kids complained. The beds were small even though we paid for 2 king sized beds. The bathroom shower system was difficult to use I don't know if it was because it was for a disabled person, but at least there was hot water. The entire room was dated., no charging ports barely any outlets we could use for our devices. There was no breakfast included, or bar. You had to go across the street for food and drinks. This place was comparable to a cheap mote but even those have more amenities included than this place. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything outside of your room, bring a sound machine if you'd like to sleep at night. There is a beach nearby which is probably why they charge what they charge during season but I can't say it was worth the 600 a night that we paid. Disappointed for what we received....wouldn't stay here again. Again I'm not one to complain but for what we paid we didn't see the value in this hotel.

Perfect location, across the street from the Easton beach, about a mile to the wharf shopping, cliff walk starting point within walking distance. We loved the sun deck at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good location and parking, but Worst showers EVER!

− Very bad showers. Old plumbing, no pressure, terrible shower hardware.
