4.0The room was fairly clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. Our daughters & their families came to have supper with us & we ate at the restaurant there - Boss's Pizza. It was delicious & the staff were very friendly & accommodating.
− When we opened the door from outside to go up the stairs to our room, the stairs were disgusting. Either the carpet was off or coming off & filthy. We walked thru the pool area & from up above the water looked murky & the base around the basketball hoop was totally full of rust. I highly doubt I would have let my grandchildren swim in the pool if they had been with us. Breakfast was not good. While we know it's "typcal" hotel continental breakfast, we were not impressed. Paid a little over $200 for one night - won't probably be staying there again.
It was fine if traveling with young family

− No elevators 84 year old hard to get upstairs. Loud kids in the halls.
We were in town for a short visit. The hotel was nice, comfortable and had all of the luxuries one could ask for.

Wet, rusty and musty
2.0The front desk staff was great. They are the reason for the two stars.
− We had a pool side room and we had our suitcases on the floor underneath the desk. When we woke up, the sliding door leading to the pool space must have a broken seal as the floor was soaking wet and are things in our suitcases were wet. The floor would squish water when walking by the bed closest to the poolside. There was rust throughout the room and the hotel and an overall musty smell.
