10.0Everything! The location couldn't be more perfect, the room and bathroom were amazing, it really felt like being in a 5 star hotel in Times Square in NYC, everything was monogrammed, from bedding, sheets, bathrobes... Which shows that there was much effort put into design and gives it a luxury feel. If we ever come back, we won't even bother to look at other hotels. Simply great.
− The room had no kettle to heat up water, it would be great if it had that so that you can make coffee or tea.
