− Aircon not working and very gruby around it. Staff should be aware and check when cleaning room.
Rocky is not a cheap place to stay but this is one of the best value for money around town

Our room not worth the $ paid.
3.0The bathroom was roomy and well appointed.
− The room did not meet expectations based on the description and photos on the booking site. Upstairs room at the end of the building (no balcony / patio). It needs a good clean (walls, ceiling etc) and perhaps new paint / floor covering. Fumes from the restaurant kitchen entered our windows, and in the morning, fumes from customer vehicles entered through the gap under the door.
Not bad but could be better.
6.0Convenient location. The beds were comfortable, linen and towels were clean. The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated and the check-in was easy and the staff were friendly.
− We booked a family room. It was quite small and crowded. The room itself was clean but the decor in the main room was tired and poorly finished. The furniture needs replacing, the fridge looked like it was from the 50s. There was a strange hatch in the wall and part of the wall wasn’t even rendered. Parking isn’t allocated to rooms so can become a bit frustrating if the place is busy.
Bed’s were super comfortable and staff friendly. That’s all it had going for its

− It was filthy. One of the most unclean accommodations that I have stayed in. Thick dust in many places, floors dirty. Needs alot of maintenance.
